If I love you with a love that won't die,
Will you love me in the sweet by and by?

If I love you with all of my life,
Will you love me in spite of the strife?

If I love you be it poor or with riches,
Will you love me enough to do the dishes?

If I love you come rain or come shine,
Will you love me and always be mine?
